Formula del presente continuo: To be + Verbo + ing.

Es la terminación verbal "ando", "iendo" en español.

Ej.: I am cooking - Estoy cocinando. 

Contracciones con el verbo to be:

• He / She / it +  is  = He's / She's / It's
• We are = We're
• They are = They're
